LPC-08A
Capsule Slip Ring
Description
This unit can be used in any electromechanical system that requires unrestrained, continuous rotation while transferring power or data from a stationary to a rotating structure. It is also called a rotary electrical interface, commutator, collector, swivel or an electrical rotary joint.
The LPC-08A capsule slip ring is a standard, off-the-shelf unit that uses gold contacts at the rotary interface. Color-coded lead wires are used on both the stator and rotor for simplifying electrical connections.
Using a 90° V-groove ring design for each ring, the LPC-08A provides smoother running, lower torque and lower electrical noise than competitive slip rings. It is available in 1 to 8 circuits model.
Features:
1.8 circuits models
2.2 amps ,240VAC/DC per circuit
3. Speed up to 300 rpm continuous
4.Gold-Gold contacts makes long life time
5. Compatible with data bus protocols
6.Sealed units are also available
7. Flexible, color-coded, silver-plated, insulated lead wires
8.Transfers analog and digital signals
9. Also available with 5 and 10 amps power rings combined with 2 amps rings.
10. Precision ball bearings meet or exceed life requirements for most commercial applications
Main Application:
1. Electrical test equipment
2.Manufacturing and process control equipment
3. Indexing tables
4. CCTV pan / tilt camera mounts
